Now Hiring: Associate Creative Director

We are looking for an experienced Associate Creative Director to help assist the VP, Executive Creative Director in managing the graphic development of multiple projects as well as manage the creative process from concept to completion. This is a hands-on role that requires a high level of design skill in Adobe Suite. The Associate Creative Director will assist the VP, Executive Creative Director in working with designers, artists, copywriters, sales teams, and client services in creating a vision for the products/services sold.
Some of your essential job functions would be:
Manage the creative process from concept to completion
Translate marketing objectives into clear strategies
Ensure that all visual communication standards are met
Work with the Client Leadership team to schedule and monitor projects
Guide projects and be responsible for the overall quality of work
Some of the qualifications and experience that we are looking for in the role are:
- High level of design skill and mastery of Adobe Creative Suite
- 5+ years managing a range of creative positions in an agency environment
Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design, marketing, or related field preferred
Experience with juggling multiple client relationships, projects, and deadlines
Stellar verbal and written communication
Exceptional project management and problem-solving skills
Healthcare and retail industry knowledge is a plus
This is a full-time role based in Cincinnati with a hybrid work environment.
