CEO and Owner
Brian McHale

Looking for a hands‑on leader who likes rolling up his sleeves and working directly with brands? Then you’ll like working with Brian.

His advertising experience spans industries, markets, and brand sizes but the constant is his eagerness to learn, explore, and test alongside clients. Brian believes the best partnerships are built on shared values, open dialogue, and a willingness to push for new, innovative solutions. He expects that from himself, and from the brands he works with.

Brian has a particular passion for growth-minded brands. Over the years, he’s helped regional names expand into new markets, evolve into super‑regional or national players, and confidently launch new products or categories. Knowing when to scale, where to scale, and how to communicate during those moments has become one of his specialties.

As CEO of Brandience, Brian has built teams centered on long‑term relationships and strategic creative. His philosophy is simple: measure what matters, communicate clearly, stay flexible, and always be ready for what’s next.

Today, he’s frequently invited to speak on topics like entrepreneurship, agency leadership, marketing strategy, and generative AI. Recent engagements include FoodFluence Berlin 2025, American Marketing Association (AMA) Cincinnati’s 2025 IGNITE! panel, the Houston AMA Marketing Edge 2024 event, and headlining the national Food & Nutrition Conference and Expo (FNCE) Nashville 2025 on how generative search and social discovery are reshaping brand visibility.

Brian has been recognized throughout his career, including being named an Ad Age Media Maven, a Cincinnati Business Courier “40 Under 40,” and a Miami University RedHawks50 honoree. He actively serves on boards across both nonprofit and privately held organizations and is a member of Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO).

Outside the office, Brian's interests start with his wife and three children. And if he ever finds a rare quiet moment, he’s probably swimming laps or behind a drum kit.

Any true partnership is built on shared values, open dialogue, and a strong desire to push for new, innovative solutions.
