Brandience Relocates to Sawyer Point Building to Support Continued Growth

We are excited to announce that Brandience will now be located in the Sawyer Point Building.

Our new address is:

720 E. Pete Rose Way, Suite 450
Cincinnati, OH 45202

Located along the Ohio River, our Sawyer Point office offers views of the Cincinnati skyline and immediate access to some of the city’s most iconic landmarks including:

  • Great American Ball Park
  • Purple People Bridge
  • Sawyer Point Park

Designed for Collaboration, Built for What’s Next

The Sawyer Point Building offers the flexibility, connectivity, and energy we were looking for without moving far. Before Sawyer Point, Brandience called Cincinnati’s Historic East End home for years, a space that supported a pivotal chapter of growth, but one we ultimately outgrew.

We needed more room, more collaborative space, and a layout designed to support how we work together today while enabling even stronger outcomes for our clients and partners in the future.

A Strategic Office Move to Support Brandience’s Growth

As a Cincinnati-based, full-service marketing and advertising agency supporting regional and national brands, Brandience reached a moment to reimagine what our office space should support for our people today and where we’re headed next.

“As we continue to grow strategically, we selected the Sawyer Point Building for its easy-to-access location, ample off-street parking and beautiful light-filled spaces,” said Brian McHale, Brandience founder and CEO, in a statement to the Cincinnati Business Courier.

“Its adjacency to Sawyer Point Park is also a fantastic benefit for our people. Additionally, the Sawyer Point Building offers the option for us to continue our future growth in the same location.”

The move also supports Brandience’s broader long-term vision. Alongside organic growth, McHale is pursuing strategic acquisitions that align with the agency’s values, capabilities, and focus on delivering smart, integrated marketing solutions.

Brandience’s growth and innovation are drawing national attention, with the Cincinnati Business Courier covering its move to a new downtown headquarters and MediaPost highlighting how its proprietary synthetic research capability is shaping the future of AI-driven consumer research.
